Do you ever find notes or journal entries that you wrote long ago but are still so relevant today?

I recently found list of 12 habits I wrote to myself years back when I was going through an extremely anxious period.   These habits  provided  structure and guidance which led to better mental and physical health.  I hope they are helpful for you.
